IMPORTANT: SESSIONS AND CAPACITIES
Session seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. In Las Vegas, the Fire Marshall does not allow standing in any session room, which makes it very important that we know which sessions need the most seating. We want to ensure you can attend every session you wish.
Use the mobile site from your desktop or mobile device. Access pcma.org/mobile: Click on "browse by day" to search by day and time within "sessions" OR enter in a specific session into the search field. Click on the specific session and then click add.
Don't Miss the Chapter Challenge Game Show
Which PCMA Chapter will emerge the victor and lay claim to 30 registrations for 2012 Convening Leaders? Join your chapter as you are pitted against other chapters in this fun, hosted game show on Tuesday from 4:45 - 5:30 p.m. You won't want to miss out on the opportunity to win:
30 registrations for the Chapter to give away randomly at chapter events throughout the year: 10 Professional Members; 10 Supplier Members; 5 Student Members; 5 Faculty Members. The Chapter Challenge Champions will also win Early VIP Registration/Housing before registration opens to all members and a sp ecial VIP registration counter at 2012 San Diego.

Nothing says Las Vegas like seeing an incredible show. Pickup your tickets onsite at the Las Vegas Ticket Redemption Booth located on Level 1 of the MGM Grand CC to attend one of the following
Phantom of The Opera at Venetian – 7:00 p.m.
Blue Man Group at Venetian - both 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Carrot Top at Luxor - 8:30 p.m.
Country Superstars at Golden Nugget - 9:30 p.m.
Platters, Coasters, Marvellettes at Rio - 7:00 p.m.
All show tickets are for Wednesday evening, January 12. Tickets are complimentary to the first 1,000 PCMA and VES attendees. Tickets will be given in sets of 2. One set of tickets per attendee, maximum. Two seats will be together.Must show conference badge AND ID.
Handouts and Evaluations
In our continued greening efforts, handouts and evaluations will not be printed or distributed onsite. Handouts are accessible here. Check your schedule as we get closer to the event for updates. You may utilize the print-on-demand stations (located in the Internet Zone on Level 3) to print handouts for your sessions.
Daily evaluations will be sent to you via email. IMPORTANT: you will receive an overall evaluation following the completion of the meeting.

what to wear
Attire at the meeting is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and most importantly, comfortable shoes! Suits, ties, nine-to-five dresses and high heels are not required. Please note, the Tuesday Networking Reception is outside/poolside at The Venetian Palazzo Resort & Casino.

Stop by the Las Vegas Hospitality Association Welcome Lounge located across from the MGM Grand Spa entrance and on your way to the MGM Grand CC, Saturday and Sunday for show tickets, tour information, and much more! Also, planners may stop by the Las Vegas Host City booth located near registration to arrange for hotel site visits.

All attendees are required to check-in at Registration in the MGM Grand Conference Center, Level 1, Grand Ballroom Prefunction to pick up badge/materials.
Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee badges/materials. Badges must be worn during all event activities. You must show a Photo ID in order to receive your badges/materials. Students must show valid student identification in order to pick up badges/materials if registered at the student rate.

Donation Drive
Help St. Jude's Ranch for Children: pack all of your old greeting cards and bring them to Convening Leaders. The designed part of your card is removed and affixed to a blank card. The residents sell these cards and the proceeds benefit the facility and residents of St. Jude's Ranch for Children.
Water Conservation Coalition
Individual contributions made to the Foundation in 2011 will not only support education and research initiatives, but will also go toward the Foundation's 2011 green initiative - the Water Conservation Coalition (WCC). The WCC's mission is to encourage organizations in the Las Vegas Valley to increase their water conservation practices. Their current initiative is the Griffith Elementary School landscape project that will create a drought tolerant outdoor garden resulting in significant annual water savings each year.
